Welcome to BrandRx Consulting (“BrandRx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, manuals, toolkits, research guides, workshops, consulting services, and any related offerings available through our website or third-party payment partners such as Gumroad, Razorpay, and Zoho Payments (collectively, the “Marketplace”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Interpretation and Definitions
  1. “Services” include BrandRx’s manuals, toolkits, research guides, workshops, consulting, and all digital platforms operated or owned by BrandRx — including the AIX Compass web application and its related APIs, dashboards, and AI tools.
  2. “AIX Compass” means the online research, collaboration, and AI-assisted platform developed and operated by BrandRx Studios LLP, accessible via aixcompass.com and app.aixcompass.com.
    “User”, “You”, or “Your” means any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
  3. “Marketplace” means our websites and authorized payment/distribution platforms (including Razorpay, Gumroad, and Zoho Payments).
  4. “Content” includes all materials provided by BrandRx or its platforms, such as text, software, manuals, guides, AI-generated outputs, logos, images, or other intellectual property.
2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Services (including AIX Compass), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

If you are using AIX Compass or any BrandRx service on behalf of a company or institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in our manuals, workshops, research activities, AIX Compass software, algorithms, interface design, and related Content are owned by or licensed to BrandRx.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any part of AIX Compass software or Content;
  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Service without written authorization;
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or trademark notices.
4. Use of AIX Compass Platform

When using AIX Compass, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable data protection and intellectual property laws;
  • Not misuse the platform to upload malicious code, spam, or infringing content;
  • Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access AIX Compass data or disrupt its functionality.

BrandRx may monitor activity for security, compliance, or support purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Payments for manuals, toolkits, consulting, or AIX Compass subscriptions must be made through our authorized Marketplace partners (including Razorpay or other listed processors).

By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize our payment partners to charge your provided method of payment.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes as per Indian law.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless specified otherwise:

  • All sales and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed only for duplicate charges, failed transactions, or as legally required.
  • AIX Compass subscription cancellations will stop future renewals but do not retroactively refund prior payments.
7. Data and AI-Generated Content

AIX Compass may generate, process, or analyze content using artificial intelligence (AI) and other technologies.

While we strive for accuracy, all AI-generated responses, summaries, or insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them.

8. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for unlawful, defamatory, or misleading purposes;
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass access controls;
  • Share platform access credentials with unauthorized parties;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit AIX Compass software or APIs.
9. Termination

BrandRx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms;
  • Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities; or
  • Abuse or disrupt BrandRx or AIX Compass services.

Termination does not affect payment, intellectual property, or liability clauses, which remain enforceable after termination.

10. Disclaimers

All Services, including AIX Compass, are provided “as is” and “as available.”
BrandRx disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of AIX Compass or guarantee accuracy of AI-generated outputs.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandRx and its affiliates are not liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits;
  • Reliance on AI-generated or automated outputs.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Amendments to Terms
BrandRx reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, with the “Last Updated” date revised. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
